Love this tasty steak recipe! Super easy and can be used in a variety of dishes; think fajitas, salads, served with steamed veggies, or over your favorite mash! We do recommend that you cook this to medium rare, or medium at most. This cut of meat is leaner so it could easily get overcooked. Slice thinly, against the grain, once it's rested after cooking (10 minutes of rest time).
