Blue Cheese Dip

We give you the perfect blue cheese dip to go with those Super Bowl wings (or our Buffalo Cauliflower Bites) or have it with a veggie tray! This one has only three ingredients and it's packed with protein, and tasty, too!

Macronutrient Balance: 10g Protein / 9g Fat / 2g Carbohydrates - this makes 3 (2 Tbsp) servings  Ingredients: 2/3 cup of 2% plain greek yogurt 3oz crumbled blue cheese 1 Tbsp lemon juice Instructions: 1. Mix all of your ingredients together and you've got yourself a dip to enjoy!
