A smoky yogurt-grilled chicken that has that nice Mediterranean flavor to it! High on protein and low on fat, you can pair this nicely to balance out the rest of your meal and nutrient needs.
Serving Size: This recipe makes 10 (4 ounce) servings. If you need more protein per meal just go with a larger serving size. If you don't want to make as much it's easy enough to cut the recipe in half and make 5 (4 ounce) servings.

Ingredients:
35 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes (a little over 2 lbs)
1/2 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
8 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and cover. Let chicken marinate for at least one hour. This can marinate overnight.
Turn on grill and assemble chicken on skewers.
Cook on grill at low/medium heat for 15-20 minutes rotating every 5 minutes, or until chicken is done. The internal temperature should read 165.
