Snack alert!! Throw together this easy go to breakfast or snack and satisfy that sweet tooth with fresh pineapple chunks!  

Serving size: This recipe makes 1 serving (with 1 cup of cottage cheese and 4 ounces of pineapple)  Macronutrient Balance: 22.6g Protein / 10.1g Fat / 26.6g Carbohydrates 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup 4% cottage cheese 

  • 4 oz fresh pineapple - diced small/medium

Instructions:

  1. Put those two ingredients into a bowl, eat, and enjoy!
