Grilled Pork Medallions


Looking for a quick an easy protein to toss on the grill for summer cookouts? We've got you covered!


Macronutrient Balance: 23g Protein / 4g Fat / 2g Carbohydrates - this makes  9 (4 oz) servings


Ingredients: 

  • 1 package of pork tenderloin - approx 36 oz total - cut into 1.5 inch medallions

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1Tbsp sea salt

  • 2 tsp sweet paprika

  • 1 tsp allspice

  • 1 tsp onion salt

  • 1 tsp dried basil 

  • 1 tsp oregano 

Instructions:

  1. Heat grill to 400 degrees F.

  2. While grill is getting to temperature, drizzle olive oil on medallions and coat evenly. 

  3. Mix all seasoning together and sprinkle half of the seasoning over medallions and then flip and do the same on the other side. 

  4. Place medallions on the grill and cover for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. 

  5. Remove from grill and cover for 5-7 minutes before serving.
