Ingredients:
1.5 medium Sliced Beefsteak or other Tomato
2 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
1.5 Tbsp Fresh Basil, chopped or sliced (or whole if you prefer)
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt
Dash of Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions:
Slice tomatoes and mozzarella
Layer tomatoes on plate, and sprinkle salt directly on tomatoes
Top tomato slices with cheese, and cracked black pepper
Drizzle all with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Top with basil and buon appetito!
