Ingredients:

  • 6 oz ground chicken

  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce

  • 1.5 cups broccoli slaw

  • 1 garlic minced

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese

  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Bring a medium pan to high heat, add 1 tsp of olive oil, and sauté garlic.

  2. Bring the heat to medium/high heat and add ground chicken, oregano, salt and pepper and cook until done. Remove from heat.

  3. Add 1 tsp olive oil to the pan and add broccoli slaw and sauté for 2 minutes so the texture is still crunchy but slightly softened.

  4. Remove from heat and add to a plate, top with ground chicken.

  5. Heat up marinara sauce, if made prior, in the pan and then add on top of chicken and broccoli slaw. Top with parmesan and serve.
