Oh the classic meatloaf! Something so many of us have grown up eating at some point or another. Traditionally loaded with bread crumbs for binding and filler and topped with either a brown gravy or more commonly, with ketchup... we're stripping those ingredients out of this recipe! But don't worry, it will give you something that is still hearty, will tug on those childhood heart strings, and be a comfort food that screams Grandma's cooking!

Ingredients: 1 lb meatloaf and meatball mix (lamb, pork, beef) 1 lb lean ground turkey 93/7 1 yellow onion - grated 2 Tbsp almond flour 6 oz tomato sauce - divided 1 tsp dried marjoram 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried basil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large mixing bowl, add in meat, onion, almond flour, 2 oz tomato sauce, and seasoning, and mix together.
On a large baking sheet, divide meatloaf mix in two and create two loaves.
Place sheet in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and pour 2 oz tomato sauce on each of the loaves and place back in the oven. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and cook for an additional 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5-7 minutes before slicing. Serve with some cauliflower mash and steamed green beans!
