Serving size: This recipe makes 1 serving
Macronutrient Balance: 10g Protein / 4g Fat / 14g Carbohydrate
Ingredients:
6 oz RipeCantaloupe Melon
2 oz Prosciutto di Parma
1/2 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
Slice the Melon into wedges (you can even do small cubes and wrap those!)
Gently wrap prosciutto slice around each melon wedge.
Do a light quick drizzle of the balsamic vinegar over top and enjoy!
